How Good are You at Customer Acquisition?

Before you get started, it is critical to BENCHMARK all aspects of your marketing, sales and customer acquisition BEFORE making any changes or improvements. This exercise is valuable to in terms of assessing your current capabilities and identifying key areas for improvement. It it also helpful to benchmark where you are now in order to demonstrate a return on investment after all your hard work.

Take 30 minutes now to review your customer acquisition capability. You may have to go digging for the answers to the many questions. Be sure to note any assumptions so you can ensure consistency when you benchmark again in a few months to see how much you have improved.
